Summary:

A bright, updated 3-bedroom home designed for easy, comfortable living. Enjoy an open layout, modern kitchen with island seating, and a covered patio perfect for relaxing mornings or quiet evenings. NOTE: Property is available furnished or unfurnished. Rental rates vary based on furnishing option, lease term, and season.



Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.

For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.

The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.

Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.





*Work vehicles are not permitted to be parked inside the community.

The home features wide-plank wood-style flooring throughout the main living areas, giving it a modern, seamless look while also being easy to maintain for longer stays. Natural light fills the space during the day, and the layout flows effortlessly from the kitchen into the living areas.



The kitchen is one of the highlights, with quartz countertops, white shaker cabinetry, and a large center island with seating. Whether you’re cooking, working from the island, or just having coffee in the morning, the space feels connected and functional.



There are two separate living areas, including a main family room with a fireplace and a second sitting space near the entry. This makes it easy to spread out—whether you’re relaxing, working remotely, or hosting.



Each bedroom is comfortably sized and finished with plantation shutters and ceiling fans, creating a calm and private space to unwind. The bathrooms have been updated with modern vanities and clean finishes, keeping everything simple and fresh.



Step outside to a covered patio with ceiling fans and multiple seating areas. It’s a great spot to start the day or wind down in the evening, with a backyard that’s actually usable—not just for looks.



Overall, the home is set up for real, everyday living—clean, functional, and thoughtfully updated without feeling overdone.



Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location.

High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home, including the outdoor areas.



Utilities are included up to a monthly allowance. Any overages may be billed to the guest or deducted from the security deposit.



This is a residential neighborhood. No parties or events are allowed, and we ask that guests respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times.



Only registered guests are allowed at the property. Please provide a complete guest list prior to arrival.
