Stay @ Conched Out Brand New Pool Make your next Folly Beach getaway unforgettable by staying at "Conched Out," a superb vacation home that's perfect for your family and friends. Situated right across from the beach and only five blocks away from Center Street, you'll have everything you need within close proximity. Relax on the screened-in deck while listening to the ocean waves and enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. The home boasts an inverted floor plan, with the open living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as the screened-in deck, on the second floor to maximize the stunning view and ocean breeze. The dining table sits ten, making it an excellent place for everyone to come together. For outdoor dining, there's also a picnic table and cozy seating on the screened-in deck. The second floor also has a bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed, and a full bath in the hall. On the first floor, you'll find a master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath, another king bedroom, and a bedroom with a full-size bed and a set of bunk beds. Those two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath. The best part is the brand new in-ground pool and screened-in porch that are wonderful amenities for lazing around! The City of Folly Beach has a stringently enforced set of rules governing such events, which could also cause homeowners to have their business license revoked. This property is licensed with the City of Folly Beach: LIC000293 ***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you. In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options. Perfect location
The house was walkable to town and across the street from a beach access walkway so you don’t have to go around the block. The pool has an electric cover so it’s always clean. The covered porches were great to sit in without the nuisance of bugs. My only concern is the house has dust/dog hair on the living room coffee table and the stairs. They let us check in 3 hours early so maybe the cleaners rushed to accommodate us. Small concern but I would still stay here again. The rental company was highly responsive and helpful.
