West Arm cottage with panoramic views, boathouse
Private 3 Bedroom cottage situated on 3 acres of Canadian shield rock outcrops surrounded by majestic white pines with million dollar unobstructed views of Lake Nipissing. Located 10min to the towns of St. Charles and Noelville with all of amenities a vacation requires for day trips or re-stocking. Enjoy multiple large decks, BBQ, outside tables/seating and the incredible yellow adirondack chairs at the waterfront. A large firepit with solo stove to roast smores and have conversations with friends and family lake side. Stairs (20 stairs will take you lakeside) from the main deck were you will find a boathouse and shallow entry with sand for small children and deeper water off the dock

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip beds sheets that were used. Leave comforters on bed. Place in Laundry room
Put everything back as it was found when you arrived. This includes chairs, water toys. Make sure firepit is out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No more than 3 cars can be parked on the property
We are located in quiet lake side area. No noise/load music after 11pm. Strictly enforced
