- Alligators are present in the river. Guests assume all risk and are responsible for themselves and their group. Children must be supervised at all times
- Guests should be aware of a height restriction when entering the premises (6’ clearance). Additionally, the shower has a ceiling height of 6’4”, which may be low for taller individuals
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras, 1 on each corner of the home, facing the property's perimeter. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video only, no sound, when activated by motion
