This property has many things to recommend itself. It is a short walk from the train station and there are several grocery stores, restaurants, and museums very close by. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The host was very quick to respond through email. We enjoyed the property, but our experience was tainted by an unfortunate mechanical problem. A sunshade broke while staying at the property and the owner immediately blamed us via email without seeing it themselves. They then charged us the full security deposit mere hours after we departed and certainly before they had it assessed or repaired. As of writing this review the matter is still open with Vrbo.

Bonjour madame, pendant votre séjour, vous avez abîmé les volets et m'avez envoyé vous même une photo pour m'informer. L'appartement ayant été récemment rénové, la sangle de ces volets était encore neuve. Une rupture de la sangle n'étant dû qu' à une force excessive et disproportionnée de votre part cela a entraîné une rupture de la sangle qui a lâché. Nous avons signalé le dommage avec les preuves et factures de réparation à l'appuie et la plateforme a retenu votre caution selon les conditions légales que vous avez accepté lors de votre réservation. Cet incident a nécessité une intervention rapide d'un technicien qui a été obligé de casser le boitier des volets pour que vous puissiez avoir accès au balcon, afin de récupérer votre linge sur le sèche - linge avant votre départ. Vous aviez baissé tous les volets y compris ceux de cette porte du balcon complètement jusqu'en bas en plein jour et ne pouvant plus les remonter puisque vous avez cassé la sangle. Nous avons payé les frais du technicien ayant intervenu en urgence et ces frais n'ont pas pu vous être imputé vu que votre caution était insuffisante pour couvrir tous les frais. Ce qui a généré une perte financière de notre part. -Vous m'avez informé par écrit à la fin de votre séjour que vous étiez satisfaite de l'état de l'appartement et il est évident que votre note soit juste lié au le fait qu'une partie des frais de réparations vous ont été imputé. Nous espérons que vous prendrez soin dorénavant des équipements que vous trouverez dans vos prochaines locations. Cordialement Elodie S

Apparemment lumineux , situé à quelques mètres de la rue piétonne au centre ville. Neuf, moderne, belle décoration. Beau couché de soleil vu du balcon et le garage fermé est un grand plus vu la difficulté de stationnement à l’extérieur.
