A great place to stay in Port Alice! Well equipped and very comfortable, and the views from the deck are amazing! Nika was a fabulous host and gave us lots of great tips for exploring the area.

We absolutely loved coming to the rental with one of the best patio views in all of Port Alice. Nika went above and beyond with not only providing us the wifi and door codes before arrival but was in constant communication with us on the app providing recommendations on where to eat, what to see, and unique things in the area! Would definitely go back.

This property is set back from the waterfront but has spectacular views up and down the inlet. The deck is a great place to eat or relax, especially when it's not raining. Being able to BBQ our own fish/meat/vegetables there was ideal. Nika was great at communicating before and during our stay, providing suggestions of things to see and general advice on the area.

We truly enjoyed the amazing views from the deck and living room. The houseplants also gave it a nice and homey feeling. However, overall there were things that were missing in truly welcoming guests (us) into their vacation rental and it felt uncomfortable. Namely: only 1 of the 3 beds had a bed frame. The owner had left personal items in the closets and kitchen cabinets, including food. The overall cleanliness of the house was lacking and I ended up cleaning part of the kitchen before I felt comfortable using it. Having stayed in quite a few vacation rentals we felt that we were an inconvenience to the owner based upon the cleanliness and the presence of the owners personal items.

The house was very clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful abundance of houseplants. The view was truly fabulous, whether sunny or rainy; it was mesmerizing watching the fog roll through. The owner kindly shared tips and suggestions for the area. Some of the windows lacked screens and some furniture and appliances were on the older side, but everything worked well. Overall, a serene, cozy experience. We'd love to stay there again!
