Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms. The open-concept kitchen and dining area provides a welcoming space to prepare and enjoy meals, with the beautiful lake view just steps away on the deck. The condo is equipped with modern amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, a washer and dryer for your convenience, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable. Relax and unwind knowing that you have lake access and an outdoor pool.

This is a condo. Guests will have the entire condo to themselves with access to the outdoor community pool.

The Show Boat Branson Belle offers a delightful evening of entertainment, and the charming town of Eureka Springs is within easy reach. With a variety of dining and shopping options nearby, you'll have everything you need for a perfect vacation.



Getting Around:

Getting around Sanctuary 4 is easy. Free parking is available on-site for your convenience. Please note that boat and jet ski trailers are not permitted in the parking lot. For boat slips, What's Up Dock's Full Marina is less than 5 minutes away and offers dry dock areas for trailers. The condo is located at 11863 Missouri 13, Kimberling City, MO 65686. While specific public transit options are limited in this area, driving is the most common way to get around. The nearest major airport is Branson Airport (BKG), approximately a 30-minute drive. Consider using ride-sharing services or taxis for transportation to and from the airport. Driving times to local attractions, such as Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake, are typically short, making it easy to explore the area.



Other Things to Note:

**This property is NOT pet friendly. There will be fines imposed for any evidence of unauthorized pets. Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed at this property.

**Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
