We were in the area for a short 2 night stay. The room was clean, (which is priority for me), and comfortable. We did not cook or spend any time in the room except to sleep and shower, so I can't really speak to how well equipped it was for that. There was a full sized fridge, which we used for drinks and ice, a coffee maker, and a microwave. No cookstove, but a grill was available outside. We had a double queen room. If I were to return for a longer stay, (and I would), I would probably reserve a king room, if available. The double beds didn't allow for a sitting area, which I would want if I were there for a longer period of time. The deck, which the room has direct access to, was nice, but we just didn't have the time during our stay. The Hosts were extremely accommodating, responsive and helpful, The dock looked great and was great for our friends with the boat to just swing by and pick us up. It was a pretty short walk to the dock and parking was also convenient. I would definitely stay again!
