This home is near the intercoastal waterway and has an unobstructed view from the front deck of marshy area and ICW. Close to super birding areas. Very clean with comfy beds. Roomy living area. Enjoyed our stay!

Great get away!

House was great location was great. Weather, not so good. We made the best of it though. The house was stocked with plenty of indoor games, the screened back porch is a great addition, and it was a quick ride over to the beach. can’t wait to return when it’s not freezing.

The air conditioning in the other room didn’t get cold. But other than that the stay was really nice house was lovely. Need more lighting on the porch and a washer and dryer

Minor issues, work in progress I guess

Electrical outlets didn’t work outside and some inside , there wasn’t a water hose to rinse off the sand. Backyard grass was very high and didn’t want to leave my dog in there. One A/c wasn’t working that well so we had to leave the door open for air to circulate. I’m not saying it was a bad place to stay but a few things could be improved .

Such a cute place! It was 2 of my friends and all our kids, great location, and perfect amount of space. The drive to the beach is less than 5 minutes. We’ll return next year!

Quiet canal-side bungalow with fewer stairs

We chose this property because it wasn't up so high in the air as many of the newer properties, especially on the gulf side. The primary bedroom and bath worked really well for my elderly mother: the step-in shower in particular. No lack of tools or appliances in the kitchen. Plenty of hot water. Want beach decor? Got it! On the rare cold night, you can get the place cozy, but the heater is pretty loud. Sheila supplies lots of bath and kitchen towels, but bring your own toilet paper, paper towels.
