The bathroom becomes a serene haven with hatch-style windows framing untouched natural bushland, while the master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, ambient LED mood lighting and glass panelling that keeps you connected to the landscape while maintaining complete privacy.

Located within the prestigious Sunrise at 1770 estate, guests enjoy access to exceptional facilities including two ocean-view infinity pools, shaded BBQ areas, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball hoop and private walking tracks leading to four secluded beaches Springs Beach, Sunrise Beach, China Beach and Red Rock Beach.

Linen is provided - guests are asked to bring their own beach/pool towels.

Estate Regulations
Sunrise at 1770 is a peaceful, residential estate with most homes owner-occupied. To protect the privacy and amenity of residents, all guests must follow the estate"s regulations:

- Maximum of three vehicles within the estate
- No boats, caravans, campers or trailers (nearby storage available at minimal cost)
- No camping permitted
- No pets permitted within the estate or at the property
- Quiet hours from 10pm no loud music or anti-social behaviour
- No parties or large group events (including bucks/hens, weddings, 21sts, youth groups or schoolies)
- Only registered guests permitted within the estate
- 30km/h speed limit at all times
