Property was great, loved the location (right in the heart of everything) with amazing restaurants at your doorstep. Incredible views and the floor to ceiling windows are a fantastic feature. Property was clean, tidy and really spacious. The key collection process was a bit of a cluster, I think there are new managers looking after the property - this really needs to be tightened up. Otherwise everything was great. Would definitely recommend.

This property is excellent and beautiful with great quality furnishings. The pool area and hot spa gorgeous and therapeutic. There are many great eating places a few minutes walk away, we went to Urban Fish, best ever, then a Turkish restaurant. The only problem for me was communicating. My phone was too old to accept the app for stayz. This caused difficulties all the way from check in, getting the keys, parking etc and having direct contact with someone who could attend to what was needed. the reception area does not service all units so they do not want to be helpful at all if you are not staying in a unit that they service. Perhaps they could be compensated for attending to enquires for other units. I was not the only confused one, I noticed other people in the same situation at reception.I am getting a new phone this week.
