Wonderful cottage and amazing hosts . We are grateful and thankful for this stay . Hoping to do so again, if possible .(The only thing that was somewhat inaccurate , is that i may have misunderstood something . I feel the loft was smaller, the stairs slanted and one bathroom. Which did not completely fit 5 adults and one child .) Otherwise everything else was beautiful. Defintely recommend. Spacious and clean . Everything that may be needed was present . Absolutely beautiful !!!

The listing is clear that there is only one bathroom. Additionally, the spaces are also clear in description and pictures. These photos include the loft space (that does not allow an adult to stand up), hence why we advertise this space as ideal for children. Should adults want to sleep in such a space: we certainly allow it. I do not know how to respond to the statement "the stairs slanted."

This cottage is tucked into a sweet forest, with almost total privacy. Outside space is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is easy to work in and has most everything you need for cooking, serving, and dining. It's close to Bellingham for an easy night out or a day trip. Beds and bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. Lovely 4 days in the PNW.

Lovely cabin in the woods

We loved our stay! We were in town for a family reunion close by and this couldn’t have fit the bill more. It’s close to Bellingham and right off Lake Samish. They have toys for the lake and for the sport court on the property! Will definitely stay here again :)

Woodland Retreat By the Lake

We loved this little cabin, especially the pickle ball court (shared with rental next door) and the closeness the Bellingham and local lakes. We used the paddle boards and kayak available and enjoyed chilling in the cabin too.

Summer Getaway

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. It was a great size for us and the kids loved the sports court...I loved relaxing on the deck! We spent one day out on the lake with the provided paddleboard and kayak and had a wonderful day. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Family Reunion Stay

Our UK based family stayed at this property with other family staying at the lakeside house across the street. This made for a perfect reunion location with local family providing access to the lake and pickleball amenities. The owners were extremely responsive and accommodating to our needs. We will certainly consider this location in the future if we gather again in the Bellingham area.

Clean, Quiet, Great Location

Cabin for the skiers and nonskiers

We needed a cozy place that could act as base camp for family members skiing at Mount Baker, and a nice place to hang out for the non-skiers. The cottage is well-stocked, has amazing grounds, and is a short hop to farms around Bow Edison and Chuckanut drive. Great spot!

Cabin in the cedars

Private cabin surrounded by cedars and steps away from the lake. Spacious great room with a cozy electric fireplace. Two big decks to enjoy the outdoors. My friend is recovering from surgery and this was a wonderful place to relax, cook, and just hang out. It would be even better in summer as two paddle boards and a small kayak are provided.

This is a cute little cottage tucked away among the landscaping and trees making it feel remote and private. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The huge deck outside is really nice to sit and enjoy a cocktail in the evening. Loved the loft with the extra beds, but wouldn't recommend those stairs for young children. It's a small house, but the design makes it feel big. Located across the street from the lake (no view of the lake however) with lake access a short walk down the road.

Perfect home for a Bellingham Getaway!

We stayed here for a week as we moved our daughter into the dorms at WWU. It was just a short 15 min drive to the campus. The home had everything we needed & more. The decor is very nice & comfortable. We all even watched a movie one night & just felt at home. Also the master bed is amazing… Very comfortable! We hope to stay here again on a future visit!

Perfect Winter Cottage

The cottage was just perfect! The house had everything we needed to prepare large meals for my group of 7. The house was absolutely adorable inside and had great heating for the 7 degree temperatures this weekend. The heated bathroom floors were a huge plus! The owners were very kind and helpful as well. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future!
