décevant pour le prix payé !

Les plus : maison très bien située, le calme du quartier, les pièces sont spacieuses. Les moins : couchage très médiocre, (matelas trop durs ou trop mous) mobilier des années 70, pas top, odeurs nauséabondes+++ ds salle de bain, très désagréable. Pas de cour, escaliers assez raides pour accéder aux chambres escalier supplementaire en colimaçon pour 3eme chambre. Le clic-clac qui sert de canapé date aussi des années 80 ! Pour 6 personnes, c'est trés limite. Pour que la maison soit agréable, il suffirait que le mobilier soit plus récent et pensé pour un peu plus de confort . Je ne recommande pas, vu le prix de location
