Gezellig huisje, super goed en mooi gelegen, heel netjes alleen wat weinig tafelgerei bij gebruik van vaatwasser en badkamers wel heel erg sober ingericht, niets om je toiletgerief op te leggen en zelfs handdoek op te hangen.Vorig jaar zelfde opmerkingen maar huisje staat blijkbaar te koop.Indien mogelijk gaan we zeker terug, nadelen wegen niet op tegen voordelen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans la Maison de Louise. Un hébergement de qualité, bien situé et qui présente le grande avantage de disposer de 2 places de parking.Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer Marie, mais elle a cependant été très réactive lorsque cela fut nécessaire.Nous étions 5 adultes et 1 bébé et la maison avec ses 3 chambres, ses espaces extérieurs, sa cuisine bien équipée a comblé toutes nos attentes. Et nous avons bien profité de la région que nous connaissions déjà mais que nous toujours avons grand plaisir à re-découvrir.

Nous étions 5 adultes...2 couples et 1 monsieur seul...l'annonce nous a indiquée 1 salle de bain 1 wc...à l'étage où il y a 2 chambres....une salle douche au rdchaussée plus 1 wc séparé ...A l'étage la sdb inexistant 1 wc ouï...1 douche pour 5 adultes non pas possible....à part cela...le logement était un peut plus que bien...l'hôte jamais-vu tout par sms......

Zoals vorig jaar terecht gekomen in leuk, gezellig en net huisje. Uitstekend en rustig gelegen op loopafstand van het centrum. Feitelijk perfect op 1 klein minpuntje na, een beetje weinig huisraad vooral bestek, glazen en tassen. Vaatwasser half leeg bij gebruik.

Maison à Saint Valery sur Somme

Maison très bien située, agréable, comme chez soi, manque juste un peu de rangement dans la chambre enfant ainsi que dans le coin toilette à l'étage. Nous avons passé 15 jours à Saint Valery, grâce à la situation de la maison, nous avons pu faire de belles promenades et nous avons apprécié le calme du quartier. L'emplacement prévu pour notre véhicule était également fort pratique. Nous sommes ravis, tout était parfait, même la météo ! Merci à la propriétaire d'avoir était disponible pour nos questions.

Skønt sommerhus og god placering

Skønt sommerhus med god plads, meget rent og nydeligt, godt udstyret køkken, og god lukket og ugeneret have. Placeringen er tæt på den smukke gamle del af byen, vandet, restauranter og bageren. Fin kommunikation med værten, og alt var som lovet i præsentationen af stedet.

Très beau séjour ensoleillé à l'exception d'une petite journée pluvieuse

Découvrir la baie de Somme, St Valéry et Le Crotoy en été lors de grande marée est une expérience à vivre! L'excursion en bateau "Commandant Charcot" jusqu'à la pointe du Hourdel était une belle découverte. Nous avons bien apprécié les produits de la pêche coquillages,poissons et autre spécialité locale. La "Maison de Louise" et son petit jardin nous ont conquis.

Beau produit, bien situé. Mais des lacunes d'équipement: à l'étage il manque un dressing dans une des chambre, dans le cabinet de toilette on pose ses affaires par terre !!!! dans la cuisine: cafetière fatiguée, grille pain inutilisable, infestation de fourmis. Réponse inappropriée de la propriétaire aux critiques émises, doit faire de gros progrès en relations clients.

Maison très fonctionnelle, calme et bien placée

La maison est équipée de tout le nécessaire, dispose également de rangements adaptés et d'une déco récente. Elle est très proche de la ville médiévale et de la baie, et on peut se rendre facilement à pieds au centre ville. Elle est très claire et au calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et espérons y revenir bientôt! Et Saint Valery mérite vraiment que l'on s'y arrête!

C'est notre 3°séjour (4°?) chez vous donc satisfaits de votre maison. Petit souci à revoir: à savoir que l'année dernière (2022) nous avons voulu utiliser le four de cuisine qui était inutilisable (beaucoup de fumée) Nous n'avions encore jamais utilisé le four au paravent donc impossible de savoir dans quel état il était avant ce constat. Pour le reste tout est parfait et sommes entièrement satisfaits. Maison à conseiller !

Séjour très agréable dans cette jolie maison spacieuse et au calme : pièce de vie bien agencée, grande cuisine équipée, 3 chambres lumineuses et un petit jardin avec salon de jardin pour l’apéro ou le café, table et barbecue. La maison est située dans un quartier charmant: le centre de ville de Saint Valéry est accessible à pied (15 min) tout comme le cap Hornu et la chapelle des marins qui domine la baie. Nous n’avons pas rencontré la propriétaire mais elle a été extrêmement réactive. Location recommandée, idéale pour un séjour en baie de Somme !

Une Tres jolie region proche de la nature et Paradi des cyclistes.

Très sympathique maison de construction recente Idéalement place. Au calme et proche des principaux sites touristiques. Deux places parking auto a l’arrière avec un pirtail clos tous les soirs par un voisin. Un jardin accessible auto vélo remorque devant la maison. Un beau jardin sur l’arrière accessible également aux vélos. L’ensemble est très pratique pour un séjour en familles avec cinq velos ! Ne pas hésiter c’est un très bon plan pour les vacances.

Enttäuscht!Auf dem ersten Blick ein sehr nettes Häuschen. Leider sehr dreckig in der Küche

Enttäuschend!Das Haus war auf dem ersten Blick sehr nett. Am Esten Tag waren wir außerhalb essen. Der nächste Morgen zeigte dann, dass in der Küche die Utensilien verklebt waren. In der Kaffeemaschine war schon Schimmel! Der Wasserkocher völlig verkalkt. Die Handtücher, die mit Inhalt des Wäschapakets waren voller brauner Flecken. Spülbecken mit unansehnlichen braunen Flecken. Wir haben natürlich alles gereinigt, bevor wir uns essen zubereitet haben. Das Wäschepaket zu dem angebotenen Preis war viel zu überteuert für die fleckige Wäsche. Im Bad nähe der Waschmaschine ( neben dem Waschbecken) lebt eine Ameisenkolonie. Wir hatten uns erdreistet dem Vermieter nur die Hälfte des Wäschepakets zu zahlen, leider keine Einsicht! Vermieter ist der Meinung, dass Wäsche braune dicke Flecken haben darf, wenn diese gewaschen ist. Für Ameisen hätte sie uns im Nachhinein ein Insektizid gegeben. Wir waren mit Kleinkind dort. Finde ich etwas bedenklich, während unseres Aufenthaltes mit Insektiziden rumzuwerkeln.Auf die verdreckten Küchenutensilien und den Schimmel an der Kaffeemaschine ist man nur mit dem Kommentar des nicht nachvollziehbar gekommen. Für uns sah es so aus, als sei einmal jemand kurz dort gewesen, hätte grob sauber gemacht. Aber eine ordentliche Reinigung fand sicherlich schon recht lange nicht mehr statt. Der Rest des Hauses war säuberlich ok.

Super localisation, parfait avec jeunes enfants

Très satisfait du gîte, conforme à la description et tout à fait adapté avec des jeunes enfants. Très bien localisé, proche du centre historique et des chemins de promenades. Avec en prime une vie sur la baie (depuis l'étage seulement). Nous reviendrons je l'espère !
