Au Crotoy, house of 90m ² renovated in 2014 very well located 1 min walk from the beach and downtown and 2 minutes from the marina.

At your disposal :

A stay, a done up and equipped kitchen for 6 people.

Upstairs :

A large oak parquet lounge and leather sofa. A room with a double bed (140x90), a shower room, a separate toilet.

Second:

2 bedrooms overlooking the Bay of Somme, a bed of 140 and a bed of 160, a shower room with toilet.

Outside :

A terrace of 10 m² with awning, no barbecue but an electric griddle.

All our windows and windows are equipped with electric blinds.

We hebben genoten van het vakantiehuis in le crotoyEen opmerking in de omschrijving stond dat er een slaapkamer op het gelijkvloer was maar dit was op het eerste verdiep Er was iemand die niet zo goed te been was Zie foto in bijlage

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables. Le gite est très bien équipé et confortable. Il était d'une propreté impeccable à notre arrivée. Il est situé à proximité immédiate des commerces et de la plage.Tout s'est très bien passé. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Découverte du CROTOY

Idéalement située à proximité de la mer et de tous les commerces cette maison nous à permis de découvrir le Crotoy de belle manière. Dommage que dans l'annonce Abritel il ne soit pas précisé que le ménage et les draps ne sont pas inclus. Sinon tout parfait!

Bonjour, Nous avons loué cet appartement n famille (3 adultes, 03 enfants de - 04 ans). Celui-ci est tout à fait conforme à la description faite chez Abritel. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème de mobilité avec nos petits enfants malgré qu'il soit sur 03 niveaux. Il est excessivement bien situé et le parkage de la voiture n'a pas posé trop de problème. Le rapport qualité / prix est excellent et le propriétaire d'une gentillesse remarquable. Quand je retournerai au Crotoy, il y a de fortes chances que je reloue cet appartement. Belle journée et bien à vous. B²

Très belle maisonnette a 2 pas de la plagege

Très bonne vacances d'une semaine au Crotoy, la propriété est très proche des charmants commerces et de la plage du Crotoy (attention c'est un estuaire, c'est assez vaseux, mais sympa quand même, les plages de sable fin sont plus loin, voiture obligatoire). La maison est entièrement rénovée, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée, tout est très propre, et neuf. La literie est très bonne (oui je trouve ça important) Petits points négatif mais pas rédhibitoire, la terrasse est partagée en deux par un store vertical on est vraiment collé aux voisins (ce qui n'a pas été dérangeant pour nous, et j'espère pour eux non plus), le salon est au premier étage alors que les pièces de vie sont au rez-de-chaussée. La circulation et le stationnement au Crotoy est un enfer, des sens interdits partout, et il est très difficile de trouver une place libre (payante) proche de la maison le weekend, c'est plus facile en semaine. Bref je recommande, et souhaite bonnes vacances aux suivants 😊

La location d Arnaud est peccable à tous points de vue : propreté, confort, fonctionnalité, décoration, emplacement. J'en ai rien à redire. Et la région est magnifique avec plein de choses à faire. Pour tout dire : séjour trop court mais formidable.
