84 m² duplex located on the 3rd and 4th floor of Résidence les Peintres offering a small terrace with an exceptional view of the bay (south west orientation).
3 bedrooms, with double bed of 140 or 160 in each and one has two extra beds of 80, as well as a cot.
Possibility of supply of sheets and household linen 19 € / double bed, 15 € / single bed, to be added in the reservation.
A bathroom and a shower, two separate toilets.

Appartement très agréable

appartement lumineux et spacieux ! vue superbe du salon de la cuisine et des 2 chambres à l’étage . très bien placé ! place de parking appréciable ( même si un tout petit peu juste pour grande voiture ).

Le crotoy

Très bien. Juste la table de salle à manger 4 places. Pour manger à 7, ce n’est pas idéal mais on s’arrange. Le store de la chambre à l’étage très abîmé et tient mal fermé. Dans la même chambre, la literie du grand lit n’est plus en état.

Appartement très bien équipé et propre. Idéal pour réunir la famille. La vue est exceptionnelle offrant de magnifiques tableaux à chaque. Idéalement situé, mer très rapidement accessible et centre ville à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Résidence très calme.
