84 m² duplex located on the 3rd and 4th floor of Résidence les Peintres offering a small terrace with an exceptional view of the bay (south west orientation).
3 bedrooms, with double bed of 140 or 160 in each and one has two extra beds of 80, as well as a cot.
Possibility of supply of sheets and household linen 19 € / double bed, 15 € / single bed, to be added in the reservation.
A bathroom and a shower, two separate toilets.
Very well equipped living room (TV, DVD…)
Kitchen oven, 4 hotplates, microwave-grill combination, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ... The residence is secure in an enclosed park with code access.
Parking a vehicle in a closed box.
Access to the apartment by elevator on the 3rd floor (the 2 bedrooms on the 4th floor accessible by the stairs in the apartment).

Very convenient and well situated. Very clean, large rooms, well equipped. Excellent communication with owner. Would recommend to a family. On 3rd floor and split over 2 levels but v accessible as there is a lift and an en suite room on that level.

Un séjour de rêve en Baie de Somme

Appartement tres bien situé avec une vue splendide sur la Baie de Somme. Les 3 chambres sont grandes et la literie confortable . La pièce de séjour est vaste et bien équipée. La petite terrasse avec vue sur la baie est la cerise sur le gâteau. Le propriétaire a toujours repondu rapidement à nos questions ou demandes.
