House of 2 levels in the city center facing the Baie de Somme, to enjoy the only beach in the North facing South, with its fine sand. A stone's throw from the port and the beach, everything is done on foot ...
The house offers a small pleasure garden with its covered courtyard and the possibility of having a barbecue and having lunch outside, it is also possible to rest in the relax in the sun .........

At the expense of the Tenant: The kitchen and the house must be put back in order, as it was on your arrival. garbage cans emptied and cleaned as well as the barbecue (if vs use it)
Charges (water and electricity) are extra (rates in effect at the time of rental).
DEPOSIT ---> A transfer of 300 € is required (1 month before entering the premises) as a deposit. At the end of your stay I calculate your consumption of charges (water and electricity) and give you back your deposit minus the costs of the stay.
HOUSEHOLD LINEN: Tenants must bring bathroom linen, tea towels, towels, sheets and pillowcases.
PARKING ---> The house is located in the blue zone, but the town of Le Crotoy offers parking at the entrance of the village (about 800 meters from my house) at the price of € 2 per day per vehicle. Or the possibility of taking (at the terminals) a weekly ticket at a price of 30 € (which allows you to park a little closer to the house, depending on the places available ...).
ANIMALS: cats are not accepted.
Dogs are welcome only on the ground floor of the house, the white leather beds and sofas on the veranda are prohibited. The owner of the dog must provide his bed, his bowls and a towel to wipe it (rain, baths) and he must ensure that no damage is done in the house and the garden. Following the reception of your doggie and for the well-being of all, when you leave it is advisable to vacuum and mop ... It is possible to request the services of our cleaning lady the price is 13 € per hour.

Location was excellent and the house was very well furnished and equipped with a brand new kitchen. Parking outside was easy but expensive. Cheaper car parks are available nearby. Our little dog was very happy with the garden. Would recommend.

Great place to be

We had a really great time, the parking situation wasn't as bad as we expected, in fact had we a place directly in front of the house the whole time. No car needed for grocery shopping and the market on saturday was really nice as well.

Everything was perfekt. The location is fantastic. You can get a parking ticket for one week for 30.- at the parking-machines and then u can park in front the house and everywhere in the village. Thank you very much!

Wonderful Family House

Thank Madame Bazzini for letting us stay in your lovely house. The area was perfect for us (family of 4 adults and 3 children). We explored the area by car as the weather was not so good, but we still managed to walk on the beach. The covered BBQ area was a great bonus as it meant that we could still enjoy eating out in the garden. The house was also very well equipped with utensils and crockery and everywhere was very clean. Local restaurants were reasonably priced and Carrefour supermarket was within easy walking distance. We would definitely return to this property and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Séjour parfait dans cette jolie région ! Nous avons été accueillis par Lysiane qui est très sympathique et réactive. La maison de Nadine est spacieuse, idéalement située et très bien entretenue. On y trouve tout le confort espéré pour des vacances ressourçantes. Notre fils et notre chien ont pu profiter du jardin clos sécurisé. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter!

Gîte au coeur de bourg

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Crotoy, Le gîte est dans le centre bourg, mais dans une ruelle très calme, à deux pas de la mer. Les photos sont conforme à l'annonce, parfaitement dimensionné pour une grande famille. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.

Escapade en Baie de Somme

4 soeurs se retrouvent dans cette maison bien agencée, quatre chambres, une pour chacune d'entre nous, ça change de notre jeunesse en lits superposés !!! Maison bien équipée, rien ne manquait. Nous étions proches de tous les commerces et de la promenade en bord de mer. Les alentours sont intéressants à visiter, à pied, en voiture, en vélo. Semaine trop courte ; à refaire
