In the heart of sand dunes and facing the sea

Spacious house with a large living room of 40m2 and bright with large windows overlooking the sea and the dunes. Ideal for a large family with 4 bedrooms, 2 with a bed of 160 cm, a room with a bed 140 cm, a room with 2 single beds 70, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. All beds are equipped with a duvet. Sheets and towels are not provided. The outdoor wooden space consists of several terraces with deckchairs and outdoor furniture. In a quiet and private estate, wooden villa at the top of the dunes, surrounded by sand and greenery overlooking the sea and 300 meters walk from a huge sandy beach. Many activities or discoveries nearby: the Bay of Somme, the Marquenterre Park, the swimming pool Aquaclub Belle Dune, a golf course, the yacht club to practice sand yachting, equestrian center, acrobranche, tennis, bike paths and Hiking routes ... All shops are nearby.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine exklusive Lage auf einem kleinen Hügel mit Blick in die Dünen; in der Ferne ist das Meer und die Steilküste zu sehen. Traumhaft! Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, was es für einen angenehmen und sorgenfreien Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, alles vorhanden. Das Wohn-/ Eßzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet und im Haus gibt es mehrere TV. Im größeren Bad gibt es eine große Dusche, zwei Waschbecken, Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Das WC im Erdgeschoss ist separat; im 1. Stock gibt es ein weiteres, kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Dieses Badezimmer hatten wir wegen der Größe den Kindern zugeteilt. Das ging gut - Eltern unten, Kinder oben. Ein Bett im OG hat nur 1,40m; also für 2 kleinere Kinder noch geeignet, für ältere Kinder wird das schwierig. Dementsprechend würden wir, je nachdem wie alt die Kinder sind, das Haus max. mit 8 Pers. beziehen; eher für 7 Pers., wenn Jugendliche mit am Start sind. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Christophe war 1a - immer schnell, freundlich und hilfreich. Der Zugang zum Haus ist ein wenig abenteuerlich und für ältere Menschen nur bedingt geeignet. Für Menschen mit Handikap evtl. gar nicht!? Es führen ca. 50 hölzerne Stufen nach oben - mit Gepäck recht beschwerlich. Im Außenbereich sind ausreichend Möbel vorhanden; auch eine gemütliche Outdoor-Coach. Es gibt einen Elektro-Grill und verschiedenste Utensilien für den Strand. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub.

Christophe est quelqu’un avec qui il a été très facile et agréable d’échanger pour obtenir toutes les informations utiles : les accès jusqu’à l’ouverture de la maison, les explications sur l’utilisation du mobilier intérieur et extérieur, ainsi que les infos sur les facilités de proximité. Tout a été fluide et facile : l’organisation des arrivées et départs, la remise et la restitution des clés, le ménage, etc... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue est magnifique, la maison est très agréable et son état correspond parfaitement à la description de l’annonce.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und auch wunderbar gelegen. Unsere Familie hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Strand ist für Erwachsene 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt, auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in Laufdistanz. Mit Christophe hat alles einfach und reibungslos funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in den Dünen

Sehr schönes Häuschen in den Dünen von Quend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Quend in Gehweite. Das Haus ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten inklusive Kamin und Grill ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat auf unsere Anfrage auch ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir hatten hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub am Strand auch bei eher schlechtem Wetter. Gerade das Haus mit Blick in die Dünen trägt zur Erholung bei. Für Urlauber aus Deutschland: Die Betten haben eine große Decke (französische Maße) und man muss das Bettzeug selbst mitbringen (Waschmaschine und Trockner ebenfalls im Haus)

Tolle Lage oben auf den Dünen

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig oben auf dem Dünenkamm mit anderen Häusern mit einem tollen Blick in die weitläufige Dünenlandschaft und rechts einem Streifen Meer. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich mit einem Beachflair eingerichtet und mit allen Alltagsutensilien ausgestattet inkl. einem Elektrogrill. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu berücksichtigen sind die ca. 60 unebenen Stufen zum Haus hoch – aber ein bisschen Sport schadet ja nicht; das Haus ist aufgrund seiner offenen Holz-Bauweise recht hellhörig. Der kilometerlange Strand ist in 5 Minuten, Bäcker/ Mini-Market sowie der Kern von Quend sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Christophe für die An-/ Abreise, Informationen rund ums Haus war sehr angenehm und hilfreich.

Traumhaftes Haus in wundervoller Lage

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Besonders haben wir die abgeschiedene Lage geschätzt- absolute Ruhe am Haus, 5 Minuten laufen und man ist im Ort oder am Strand. In Quend selbst war einiges los, davon bekommt man aber erst etwas mit, wenn man die Siedlung verlässt. Mit 2 Töchtern im Teenager Alter war es sehr von Vorteil, dass es 2 Bäder gibt und keine Zimmer mit Hochbetten. Und dass das Internet Tiktok und Netflix gleichzeitig geschafft hat. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns immer wieder zu der Wahl dieses Ferienhauses selbst beglückwünscht.

Traumhafte Lage

Tolle Ausstattung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, engagierter Vermieter - und dazu eine fantastische Lage. Wir hatten einen entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt und sind rundum zufrieden. Empfehlung für jeden der einigermaßen mobil ist (längere Treppe mit unregelmäßigen Stufen führt zum Haus).

Un endroit magnifique !

Outre la localisation idéale proche de la plage, la maison offre un cadre calme et reposant avec une vue superbe sur les dunes. La maison est très bien équipée et décorée avec soin. L'ensemble contribue à passer un excellent séjour. Nous pensons déjà à revenir.

Schönes Haus in entspannter Lage.

Vom Haus hat man einen sehr beruhigenden Blick in die Dünenlandschaft mit dem Meer im Hintergrund. Der Strand ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, die allgemeine Austattung ausreichend. Zum Haus führt eine steile Treppe. Ein E-Bike dort hochzutragen ist eine Herausforderung.

Au top du top !

Endroit incroyable... le logement est au top, très spacieux et très bien équipé. L'environnement est au top... face à 7km de no-man's land... Vue sur la mer entre deux dunes. Le village de Quend plage... petite station balnéaire inchangée depuis 30 ans... il y fait bon vivre... Tout se fait à pied entre le shelter, la plage, le centre ville...
