At the expense of the Tenant: The kitchen and the house must be put back in order, as it was on your arrival. garbage cans emptied and cleaned as well as the barbecue (if vs use it)
Charges (water and electricity) are extra (rates in effect at the time of rental).
DEPOSIT ---> A transfer of 300 € is required (1 month before entering the premises) as a deposit. At the end of your stay I calculate your consumption of charges (water and electricity) and give you back your deposit minus the costs of the stay.
HOUSEHOLD LINEN: Tenants must bring bathroom linen, tea towels, towels, sheets and pillowcases.
PARKING ---> The house is located in the blue zone, but the town of Le Crotoy offers parking at the entrance of the village (about 800 meters from my house) at the price of € 2 per day per vehicle. Or the possibility of taking (at the terminals) a weekly ticket at a price of 30 € (which allows you to park a little closer to the house, depending on the places available ...).
ANIMALS: cats are not accepted.
Dogs are welcome only on the ground floor of the house, the white leather beds and sofas on the veranda are prohibited. The owner of the dog must provide his bed, his bowls and a towel to wipe it (rain, baths) and he must ensure that no damage is done in the house and the garden. Following the reception of your doggie and for the well-being of all, when you leave it is advisable to vacuum and mop ... It is possible to request the services of our cleaning lady the price is 13 € per hour.
