Set in a quiet, elevated position and surrounded by native bush, the property feels tucked away while still being within easy reach of the beach. Birdlife is a constant presence, adding to the sense of calm and privacy.

The main living space is open plan and designed for easy group living. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher and everything needed for longer stays or shared meals. A large dining table comfortably seats eight, and the lounge area includes a gas fireplace along with a smart TV offering Sky Sport, Sky Movies and Netflix. High-speed internet is available throughout the house. Guests are provided with luxury linen, quality amenities, and a welcome pack with premium teas and coffees on arrival.

The home offers four bedrooms across two levels. Three bedrooms, along with a full bathroom and laundry, are located on the main floor.
