About this property

Modest home close to the beach in a cul the sack street

This is a 2 story house. It has tree bedrooms with ac , ceiling fans and a smartTV in each room. The Master bedroom has it's on private bathroom. 2 bedrooms are upstairs and one down stairs. I bought a new refrigerator for the kitchen, pots and pans,a coffee maker, dishes, silverware and a new matrimonial mattress for the master bedroom, the other 2 bedrooms have a single bed. 1 of the bedrooms is downstairs which it's set up as a TV room with a bose sound. The house is in a cul de sac street and it's in a subdivision called Villas del Mar . it's about 15min from the beach by foot, the neighborhood is clean and most of the houses look the same for the exception of a few since the owners have done some upgradings. There is a convenience store around the corner. It's one of the Oxxo's. It's a chain of Mexican stores. Walmart, Sam's and the Galerias mall is about 1mi or 1.5 km. Also there is La Isla, which it is an outdoors mall. Then it's the beach. The bus stop is just one block away and we also have Uber, of course. It includes WiFi and Netflix and the utilities including electric if you stay for 2 weeks or less. If you want the property for a long term, you'll be responsible for the Electric bill. Wether you rent one room or three, you will get the whole house during your stay. It pretty much has everything you need to feel at home. I bought a state of the art washing machine for it too. Downtown , El centro as locals call it, is about 20 min by bus or 5 dollars by Uber. Anyway it's a good place to stay during your visit to Puerto Vallarta or during the winter for a snowbird . It's away from the big crowds but close to everything. A good home without having to deal with alot of people during this times. If you know what I mean. If you're a snow bird and would like to rent the house for a long term, I will give you a special monthly price. I'm looking forward to meeting you and it will be my pleasure to be your host during your stay. Stay safe and healthy!
Regards
Russ
