This is definitely not a LUXURY condo as advertised. I am not sure that VRBO sets or verifies any standards. This property was said to sleep 6, yet has only two plastic chairs in the entire unit, no dining facilities or chairs in the balcony to sit and enjoy the VIEW. The beds are very uncomfortable with just a 5 1/2” mattress on a very low wooden frame, with a 3” surface which hurts as you try to get in or out of bed. No bedside tables, luggage racks, just four old small pillows. For six guests there were 4 each dinner plates, quarter plates, tea cups and water glasses. For cooking utensils there was 1 each frying pan, sauce pan and griddle. No cooking pot, ladle or water jug,but 2 spatulas. There was a Keurig Coffee machine with some tea pods. No coffee pods, salt and pepper shakers, sugar/sweetener or drinking water. I have found these on arrival at all BnBs I have stayed in. Coffee pods, salt/pepper shakers and bottled water were left at the door in our absence on the third day, on my complaint to VRBO customer service.The unit advertised a hair dryer in each of the two bathrooms. There was NONE. Nor was there an ironing board. One was sent over alongwith a scotchtaped old hairdryer the next night as we left for one of the wedding functions. This is a very centrally located condo with potential for being luxurious if the host wanted to make it so. Unfortunately he has skimped and provided only DIY kit furniture. No non-skid surfacing in the baths.VRBO should set standar
