- One set of key is provided per booking and that requires a refundable deposit of $270. If you need a 2nd key set, please message us checking the availability upon booking confirmation.
Please treat the home with care. Any damage, loss, or extra cleaning beyond a standard clean may be charged.

Please keep keys/fobs with you at all times. Fees may apply for lost keys, lockouts, key delivery, or verified noise complaints:
Lost key/fob replacement: $280


Call-out fee: $100 during business hours / $200 after hours


Extra key set: Deposit + delivery fee may be charged

Fire safety
If the fire alarm is triggered due to guest actions and emergency services attend, any official call-out charges may be passed on to the guest.
