Our stay was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. The AC upstairs did not work making it very humid for everyone in their bedrooms. We had to purchase fans from Lowe's to keep the children cool. We see where someone left a note on the door stating they tried to come and repair the AC, but we reserved this property enough in advance to get that done before our arrival. The king-size bed headboard and side railing was broken causing a seep in the mattress making it very difficult to sleep in. The tub in the master suite once turned on spouted out brown rusty water. Lastly, the ice machine did not work.
