Welcome to our cozy and family-friendly 3-bedroom home, perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to relax and enjoy nature. The home features a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a fun bunk bed room for kids, complete with toys and family-friendly touches to help everyone feel at home. Enjoy the beautiful sunny deck and spacious front yard overlooking peaceful green space and nearby walking trails.

Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, the home is just a 5-minute walk to a local park, with a bus stop conveniently located across the street for easy access around town. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, BBQ, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. While the home does not have air conditioning, each bedroom is equipped with a fan to help keep things cool during warmer days. A perfect place to unwind, explore, and make memories together!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

TOYS/ GAMES- Please make sure any toys that were used or activities from outside are cleared up and put away where they were found.

All Linens can remain on the beds. This will help the cleaner know which sheets came from which room. But towels can be collected and put either into the laundry room or into the bath.

Kitchen- please empty the fridge from any leftover foods. And clear out the pantry. This will help greatly. Also please put all dishes away.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are family of four originally from Ontario but living in the Yukon now for 15 years. We rent our home for the summer time only. So you will have lots of extra amenities available to you as you stay and enjoy our home.

Why they chose this property

This is a very quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. There is a park at the bottom of the road, 400 m from the home. There's also access to bike trails either in the forest for mountain biking or the bike path down into town.

Traveling with kids, toddlers or infants? This will be a perfect place for you to stay. We have everything you need to entertain and be comfortable here with kids including water guns, scooters Greenbelt play area and inside quiet time toys.
