Our apartment is located in the BEST PART of the city: Historic Centre, across from the shopping centre!!! By choosing us, you'll find something far beyond the comfort of a hotel: attention to detail and the cosiness of a home! We're on the 2nd floor, facing the street, modern and very welcoming. The intention is for you to feel at home and enjoy the city in a fully equipped apartment. For stays of 7 days or more, we will provide linen and towel changes. It will be a great pleasure to have you with us! Sani and Sofia (your hosts). 💕 The space: Our apartment in the mountains is in the best location in Petrópolis, allowing you to do 90% of the sightseeing on foot. The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people, but if necessary, we will provide an extra mattress. Access is through the main entrance and the building staff are very helpful. Helpful. Guests must be identified by name and CPF (Brazilian tax identification number). Other observations: The accommodation does not have parking, but there is affordable rotating parking in front of the building, as well as the possibility of street parking. Our accommodation comfortably accommodates 4 people. Everyone is welcome except pets, because although we love them, we have had guests with allergies and we have chosen not to accept them. Smoking any type of cigarette, cigar, or pipe is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Our apartment is 100% tobacco-free. FINE OF R$500.00 FOR RULE NOT COMPLIED WITH!!!

Our TV has an additional remote control for access to Netflix and YouTube (STREAMING)

BED LINENS WILL BE PROVIDED ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF GUESTS.
