Welcome to our historic heritage home in the heart of Nakusp. The perfect oasis to escape with your friends and family, to enjoy some time in the Kootenays!

Our historic home gives you an atmosphere of charm, character, and tranquility. Situated on an over-sized property; relax outdoors in complete privacy being surrounded by mature maple, spruce, and fruit trees.

There are so many incredible sights to see and things to do in this area. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Being located in the downtown core, our historic heritage home is walkable to all the best restaurants and shops, steps from the marina on Upper Arrow Lake, and a 10 minute walk to the town beach. Perfect for gathering friends and family!

The location is great but it is not a "Heritage Home". It is an old house in desperate need of TLC. Every dish, mug, glass, cutlery, pot and pan had to be washed before it could be used, knobs missing from cupboard doors, windows and doors that don't function, noisy ceiling fans.... too many shabby things to list. We were 2 couples so with 3 bedrooms had lots of room. The yard is lovely but there was only 2 chairs on the deck, so difficult to enjoy the yard. And with the terrible odor in the house it would have been nice to be outside.We have no problem with funky old homes and have stayed in lots but this property is just plain run down.
