Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure house is the way it was when you arrived. Turn everything off Return key to lock box Put all recycle and garbage in cans outside Make sure there is water in the water cooler.
Put all bedding on floor in bathrooms. Make sure all windows and doors are locked. Ensure all fans and air conditioning is turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
