Living Area:
The open-plan lounge features a massive, curved modular sofa and architectural clerestory windows that flood the room with natural light. Slide back the floor-to-ceiling glass doors to merge the indoors with the expansive timber deck.

Kitchen:
A total showstopper featuring a striking deep-green herringbone splashback, sleek stone benchtops, and high-end appliances. Whether it’s a quick morning brew or a feast made with local Tamar Valley produce, this kitchen is fully sorted.

Bathroom:
A deep, soaking tub positioned perfectly under a picture window. Enjoy a glass of local Pinot while gazing at the river views.

Outdoor:
The huge timber deck is the ultimate spot for sharing a meal or a quiet sunrise coffee. It overlooks a lush, green lawn where you might even spot a local pademelon visiting at dusk or take a wonder and grab some produce from the abundant fruit trees.

Bedrooms:
Our three bedrooms are each styled with Queen beds, premium linens, and textured finishes to ensure a restful night's sleep.


Guests have sole occupancy of the entire house, garden, and deck. There is off-street parking available for two cars. Access is via a secure lockbox for a seamless check-in.
