Perfectly positioned for year-round adventures, enjoy everything from Lake Mountain snow days and cosy fireside evenings to summer river swims, mountain biking, waterfalls and forest walks through the beautiful Yarra Ranges.

The Villa is a luxurious mountain retreat thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection and memorable group stays.

Featuring four beautifully styled bedrooms with Sealy mattresses, premium furnishings and expansive open-plan living spaces, it provides the perfect setting for families and friends to relax, entertain and unwind.

At the heart of the home, a fully functional kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, creating a welcoming space for shared meals, long conversations and cosy evenings indoors. Large windows frame the surrounding greenery and flood the home with natural light, while the fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere during Marysville`s cooler months.

Step outside to enjoy the impressive swimming pool (available from September to May), covered outdoor BBQ and dining area, and spacious entertaining spaces designed for relaxed afternoons and evenings. Fire up the Weber BBQ, enjoy wine and pizza with family and friends, or simply unwind in the ambient lighting while listening to the gentle sounds of Steavenson River flowing 200 meters behind you.

The Villa also features a spacious deck overlooking the surrounding mountains and gardens, providing the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon read, or a glass of wine as the sun sets over Marysville`s beautiful High Country landscape.

🌿 The Cottage Retreat – Sleeps up to 6 Guests

Set privately away from the Villa, the charming self-contained Cottage Retreat offers its own peaceful escape with two comfortable queen bedrooms, a bathroom, a small kitchen (no dishwasher), and a spacious open-plan dining and lounge area with double-size sofa bed.

The light-filled living area overlooks sweeping lawns leading towards the Steavenson River and provides the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, read a book, stream your favourite shows, or simply relax while taking in the tranquillity of the surrounding Marysville State Forest.

Beyond the property, Marysville is one of Victoria`s most loved mountain destinations. In winter, Lake Mountain Alpine Resort offers snow play, tobogganing and cross-country skiing. During autumn, the famous Golden Memorial Drive transforms into a spectacular avenue of vibrant red, orange and gold foliage, attracting visitors from across Australia. Throughout the year, guests can explore stunning waterfalls, scenic lookouts, towering Mountain Ash forests and the iconic Black Spur Drive - widely regarded as one of Victoria`s most beautiful forest drives.

As with many rural and bushland properties in Australia, guests may occasionally come across native insects, reptiles and wildlife around the grounds, particularly during the warmer months.

The property features a swimming pool (only available from Sept to May), private river access, a pond and fireplaces. Children must be supervised at all times around water and fire features.
