🔴Lost & Found Policy

We respectfully ask that you review the house rules before confirming your reservation and adhere to them throughout your stay. Please be aware that parties or events of any nature will not be permitted. Non-compliance with this regulation will result in eviction from the premises and charges for any necessary damage or extra cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in advance!

Lost keys will result in a fine of $250.


🔴We are not liable for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged items. If you believe you left something behind, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.

• Items found after check-out (except perishables, underwear, and toiletries) will be logged and securely kept for up to 3 days.
• Guests will be notified if an item is found.
• Perishable items and personal hygiene items will be disposed of immediately.

🔄Item Return

Guests may pick up the item by schedule or request shipping at their own expense. We are not responsible for items once handed over to a courier.

⚠️Unclaimed Items

Items not claimed or if no response is received within 3 days will be disposed of accordingly.

No Smoking

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property.

A $300 fine will apply if any evidence of smoking is detected indoors (including odor, ashes, or residue).

You are welcome to smoke in designated outdoor areas (if available).

No Parties or Loud Events

Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed.
Quiet hours: 11 PM – 7 AM.

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.


Pets

Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved prior to booking.
Unauthorized pets will incur additional cleaning fees and penalties.


Cleanliness

While we provide professional cleaning between stays, we ask that you:
Maintain reasonable tidiness during your visit.

Avoid leaving excessive mess (e.g., food spills, stains, garbage overflow).

Excessive cleaning required after checkout may result in extra charges.


Keys & Access

Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $250 fee (to cover locksmith services or lock replacement).
Lockboxes must be closed and scrambled after use.


Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in: 3 PM | Standard check-out: 10 AM

Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-approved and will incur in additional fees.

Missed check-in requiring extra arrangements may result in a coordination fee.


Damages

Any broken or damaged items will be assessed and charged based on repair or replacement costs.


Mail & Deliveries

Please do not arrange mail or parcel deliveries to this address. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items sent during your stay.
