All-inclusive of utilities, laundry, high-speed internet, furniture, Smart TV, desk, blankets, linen, microwave, blender, kettle, airfryer, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, etc. Open to requests.

Across from the Park w/ track, tennis court and table tennis as options. The bus stop is on the other side of the Park. The bus goes directly to the Skytrain in a few minutes. The grocery market is a 1 and 1/2 block away. Nearby to Highgate Mall, Tommy Douglas Library, Edmonds Community Centre, Banks, Restaurants, Schools, Churches, etc. Easy access to highways. Street Parking is available.
