Vacation home with 500 m² fenced plot, quiet location, right next to the forest

Thank you for your interest in our holiday property.

The house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Here you can relax and have an excellent starting point for your activities. The cozy furnishings and the new well-equipped kitchen will not let you miss the usual comfort during your holiday.
The 500 m ² plot is completely fenced and the parking space for car or motorcycle is located on the property. It is in a great location, dogs are welcome (7.50 € per day and dog)

Our house is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest, on the international cycle path R 1 in a quiet location. It therefore offers an ideal starting point for cycling, mountain biking and of course hiking in the beautiful Harz.
Popular destinations are z. B. the Brocken (can also be reached with the Harzquerbahn), the Steinerne Renne, the monk book that Waldgasthaus Plessenburg and the Ilse cases. The trails to Wernigerode and Ilsenburg or to the Brocken are well signposted. In just 5 minutes but you can also Wernigerode, reach the 'colorful town at the Harz', with its half-timbered old town, the neo-Gothic castle and the town hall or Ilsenburg by car.
Other excursion tips are the Hexentanzplatz in Thale with summer toboggan run, the cathedral treasure in Halberstadt and Quedlinburg, the western town in Hasselfelde, the stalactite caves in Rübeland, the Rappbodetalsperre or the castle ruins Regenstein in Blankenburg.

There are two tennis courts and a forest swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. But also the 1000-year-old monastery in Drübeck, which is located on the road of the Romanesque, can be reached quickly.
The town has good shopping facilities and a doctor's office.
