Welcome to my home!
I welcome you in my 53 square meters apartment in the heart of the 19th district, located on the 7th floor with elevator, perfect for a stay of 6 people. It is ideally located near the Parc de la Butte du Chapeau Rouge and the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. You will be able to walk in a dynamic district and discover the atmosphere of the surrounding sites!

Located in Paris, the accommodation is very well decorated, bright, perfect for a tourist or professional stay, with friends or family, with a capacity of up to 6 people. It is composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a shower room, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a beautiful living room with a sofa bed to relax after an intense day. The BALCONY which will be very appreciated in summer, you will be able to enjoy the outdoor furniture, giving an incredible VIEW on Paris!

You will have at your disposal during your stay: Elevator, Italian Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Washer/Dryer (2/1)

You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings, namely line 11 which will bring you to Châtelet in record time, the Pré-Saint-Gervais station (Metro line 7B) and the Mouzaïa bus station (line 48)!

The apartment is ideally located near the Parc de la Butte du Chapeau Rouge (5 min walk), the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (10 min walk), the Archives de Paris (15 min walk) and the Parc de Belleville (20 min walk).
La Villette is a 20-minute walk away, the Louvre Museum is 25 minutes by metro line 11 - 1, Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is 25 minutes by metro line 11 and the Eiffel Tower is 45 minutes by metro line 11 - 8.

You will find many shops nearby such as a Franprix just next door and a Lidl at 5 min walk. You can also take advantage of the market at Place des Fêtes every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday!
