Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Be sure all appliances are turned off before checkout. Hot tub temp to be set back down to 90 deg.

Please only bottles and cans in blue recycle bin. All paper or cardboard must be put in regualar black garbage bin together with trash.

Please send a text message note when you have checked out

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Smoking is acceptable outside on grass or driveway. Please be sure butts are out and properly disposed of. Positivly no smoking in the house or on dek

Hot tub temp should be set back to 90 degrees when checking out or when not activley used.
