Building
The condo is located on the 2nd floor of the Birch building at The Peaks complex in Radium Hot Springs. This is a 3 storey building with an elevator. Entry to the building is secured with a code at the front door.

Unit
You have access to the entire condo, including balcony. Entry to the unit is via coded keypad.

Amenities Building
The seasonal outdoor pool (open mid- May to September long weekend weather dependent) and year round outdoor hot tub are available for you to enjoy. Access is through the amenities building and entry to the amenities building is secured with a fob.

The amenities building also has a games room with a pool table and dart board you are welcome to use.

Lockers, change rooms and bathrooms are available within the amenities building as well.

Grounds
Property walking trail is available for you to enjoy. There is also a small playground structure and plenty of grass space for littles to play.

Parking
1 designated underground parking stall is available for regular size vehicles with a clearance of 6’ 3” and entry is with a garage door code.

Additional unassigned outdoor parking in front of the building is also available on a first come first served basis.

Other Things To Note
As per Strata and Radium Village rules: max 4 guests, no pets, no smoking or vaping, no parties please. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Complex houses both long term occupants and short term guests. Please be respectful. Thank you.
