Located on a quiet side road just off the highway into Sioux Lookout, the property offers a wonderful balance of accessibility and privacy.

There are only two neighbouring properties nearby: our family home and a family friend's residence. Their property has two friendly, larger dogs. A fence separates the properties, and while you may occasionally hear a bark, they are gentle and accustomed to visitors.

A Unique Lakeside Setting

One of the home's most remarkable features is its elevated position above the shoreline. This natural setting creates the breathtaking panoramic views that guests consistently love and remember long after their stay.

As a result, the property is situated on a hillside, and access to the dock is provided by a staircase equipped with sturdy handrails. Guests with mobility concerns should note that there are a number of stairs throughout the outdoor access areas. For most visitors, however, the reward is well worth it—the elevated perspective offers some of the most beautiful views of the lake and sunsets in the area.
