Centrally located one-bedroom suite for rent. Private entrance, kitchen and bathroom with lots of natural light. Ideal for couples but can accommodate up to three people. Ground floor location means the suite stays cool even when temperatures climb. Walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and liquor stores. A short drive to golf courses, the beach, the river, cycling path, hiking trails and dozens of wineries.

The space
The suite is an airy walkout basement with windows along the living area and bedroom. My kids and I live upstairs and we have wonderful neighbours.

It’s stays quite cool even when the weather is hot! Though relatively quiet, you will hear noise from the neighbors and upstairs.

The bedroom has a Queen bed and there is a love seat in the living area that pulls out onto a Twin. Bathroom features a brand new shower!

The backyard is grassed with a cedar hedge lining the property. We get the morning sun which is perfect for enjoying coffee in the outdoor space provided.

Guest access
The entire suite is yours! We live upstairs for the most part, but do use the rest of the basement from time to time.

There is an adjoining door which locks from the suite side so you have complete privacy.
