Worse than expected.Interior not as elegant as photos. Slightly unclean upon arrival inside, garden is a bit shabby.Multiple small problems which were annoying and unexpected in a property of this standard. Asked for help with problems, sometimes managers were helpful, sometimes dismissive. Check in was unnecessarily complicated. Cleaners tried to enter before 10am on last day, while I was packing. Property managers came across as unprofessional. Frustrating because the location is quiet and convenient, but it was not up to the expected standard.
