Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place a load of used towels in the washing machine and start the cycle. Leave extra in the laundry area. Leave beddings on the bed.
Turn off all lights, the fireplace, and small appliances.
Please take all garbage and recycling with you, as there is no curbside collection. Lone Butte Transfer Station (closed Weds) or Interlakes Landfill (closed Thurs) are the nearest disposal locations.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We fell in love with the peaceful beauty of Sheridan Lake and the surrounding community and wanted to create a place where others could slow down, reconnect, and enjoy lake life too. We love helping guests enjoy our lake house and making sure they have everything they need for a relaxing and memorable stay.

We chose Sheridan Lake for its peaceful setting, beautiful scenery, and incredible access to nature. We love waking up to the lake, watching wildlife, spending summer days on the water, and fishing whenever we get a chance. It feels wonderfully removed from the busyness of everyday life, while still being a great home base for exploring the South Cariboo. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down, unplug, and enjoy time together.

With beautiful views of Sheridan Lake, private lake access, and plenty of space to relax together, it’s designed for making memories - whether you’re spending the day on the water, gathering for a meal, or enjoying a quiet evening by the lake. We’ve had guests come to do their wedding proposal, celebrating a birthday or anniversary, and just a family lakeside getaway!
