Took the grandkids on a road trip and booked this home for 2 nights. Bookkng process was easy, communication very good and the home was bigger than we had expected. We had everything we needed to cook meals and it was walking distance to Valley Bakery and Cafe and the Grocery store. Beds were very comfortable and the back yard was a perfect place for the kids to play. We"ll definitely be keeping this home in mind when we come back to Fort Qu'appelle to visit family.

I was born in Fort Qu'Appelle, and I love the town and (especially) the valley. I am an avid cyclist and have cycled about 3000 km of gravel in and around a stretch of the valley about 100 km in length. My partner is Japanese, so I am a huge fan of Japan, and I travel there frequently. Before returning to Fort Qu'Appelle, I lived for extended periods in Osaka, Nagoya, Taipei, and Beijing.

Why they chose this property

I love this quiet tree-lined street. The property is cosy and private.

What makes this property unique

This home on Bay Avenue is extremely cosy and comfortable. An entire side of a very large duplex, the home features two large sitting rooms, a large, open dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two full baths, and three bedrooms.

Our home is also convenient. A brisk walk will get you to a grocery store in two minutes, a hardware store in four, and a convenience store / gas station / Dairy Queen in under five.
