Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms connected by a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom featuring soft towels and a large walk-in shower. One bedroom offers a luxurious king bed, while the second includes a queen bed and a twin bed—perfect for families or kids traveling together. Downstairs, the private primary bedroom features a king bed and is connected to a full bathroom with both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.
