1000 sqft Two bedrooms basement apartment renovated in 2022 with private entrance.(no shared space with upper flat) Lots of free parking. Quiet neighborhood, 4 mins walk to bus stop.
• 45 mins to Peggy’s Cove
• 27 mins to Downtown halifax/waterfront
• 22 mins to Airport
• 2 mins to basketball/soccer fields
Queen size (152cm x 203cm) memory foam & spring Hybrid mattress in both bedrooms!
There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
You can have a nice bath with air jet tub.
Two generous bedrooms and one big bathroom with air jet bathtub & shower.
Towels, bed linens, shampoo, body wash, detergent and all other essentials are provided! Also a kitchen with utensils and seasoning
Amenities: WiFi, TV, equipped kitchen, washer and dryer machine.
Free parking lane and lots of free street parking
Since it is a basement unit, you may hear normal household activity from upstairs. Most guests are comfortable with it. If you’re especially sensitive to noise or a very light sleeper (including some seniors), this may require extra consideration.
I’m not able to accommodate pets of any kind in the unit due to house no-pet policy
