With a breathtaking 180° view over the village and the Chavannes ski area, this south-east-facing chalet has plenty of natural light.
Each bedroom has an exceptional view of the slopes!

* GROUND FLOOR:
- Entrance hall of 11,39m².
- A toilet with basin of 1.66m ².
- A 51.10m² living/dining room opening onto two terraces, dining room with table and chairs for 8 people, lounge with sofa, flat-screen TV, French and English channels, library area, decorative fireplace.
- A 13.82m² fully-equipped kitchen with dining area: induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, full set of pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, fondue machine, raclette machine.
- A 2.54m² laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, clothes line, ironing board, iron, built-in vacuum cleaner.

Amazing stay

Amazing location within walking distance of the town, slopes and ski shops. Views from the chalet are spectacular overlooking the slopes and town. We had no issues during our stay and Delphine promptly responded to any questions we had.

Beautiful house and location

Great to be so close to the village, beautiful views from the house directly on the slopes, and the house itself is also very nice. Good amenities, lots of light into the house as well. Check in was easy and communication with host was also easy. We had a great time.

Beau chalet, très bien situé

Nous avons séjourné dans ce chalet pendant une semaine et, bien que l’endroit ait des qualités, notre expérience a été entachée par plusieurs problèmes.Les points positifs :Le chalet est agréable et lumineux, avec une tres belle vue sur les montagnes. Le Chalet est aussi tres bien placé à deux pas du centre-ville des Gets. La literie est de bonne qualité, et la propreté du chalet était impeccable à notre arrivée.Les points négatifs :Malheureusement, plusieurs problèmes ont considérablement réduit notre satisfaction :•Cheminée à gaz défectueuse : À notre arrivée, la cheminée était déjà en panne. Après l’intervention d’un technicien, elle a fonctionné pendant environ deux heures avant de tomber en panne à nouveau. Malgré cela, nous avons été injustement accusés de l’avoir endommagée et d’avoir consommé deux bouteilles de gaz, des accusations totalement infondées. La cheminée n’a donc plus été réparée pour le reste de notre séjour! Une vraie déception.•L’agente immobilière s’est montrée particulièrement désagréable et peu professionnelle •Cuisine manque d’ustensiles de base a rendu la préparation des repas compliquée pour un chalet censé accueillir 8 persEn résumé, le chalet lui-même a du potentiel, mais les nombreux dysfonctionnements et l’attitude de l’agente immobilière ont gâché notre séjour.

Cher voyageur, Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le chalet, son emplacement privilégié et son confort. Cependant, nous sommes surpris par certains de vos commentaires et souhaitons y apporter des précisions.     •    Cheminée à gaz : Comme vous l’indiquez, un technicien est intervenu rapidement pour résoudre le problème. Après réparation, la cheminée a fonctionné plusieurs heures avant qu’une nouvelle panne ne survienne. Nous avons simplement constaté une consommation anormalement élevée de gaz et posé des questions en conséquence, sans jamais formuler d’accusations injustifiées.     •    Notre équipe sur place : Nous avons toujours à cœur d’accueillir nos voyageurs avec professionnalisme et bienveillance. L’agente immobilière a fait de son mieux pour répondre à vos demandes, malgré un contexte où la communication n’a pas toujours été simple.     •    Équipement de cuisine : Nous prenons en compte votre remarque et allons vérifier l’inventaire. Cela étant dit, nous regrettons vivement l’état dans lequel vous avez laissé la cuisine à votre départ. Le ménage a nécessité une intervention bien plus longue que d’habitude, ce qui est peu respectueux pour les équipes qui s’occupent du chalet et pour les futurs voyageurs. Nous accueillons nos hôtes avec sérieux et nous attendons en retour un minimum de respect des lieux et des personnes qui veillent à leur confort. L’équipe de gestion du chalet.

Beautiful well equipped chalet with incredible views

Our family of 8 spent 2 weeks here over Christmas and New Year. The chalet is modern, very large, well equipped, with very comfortable beds and great showers. The photos online don’t do this beautiful chalet enough justice. The views from every window are just incredible. It is a short walk (5 min) down a hill to the nearest gondola and a 10 min walk into town. Being the first to stay after major renovations we did have a few small issues, but Delphine was always very quick to respond and all issues were resolved quickly. We highly recommend this wonderful chalet
