This spacious 3,720 square foot home will comfortably accommodate your group of up to eighteen guests. The stone accents shine in gorgeous natural light; you will feel ready to relax as soon as you step inside - the great room concept on the main floor features an open floor plan with comfortable furnishings, beautiful stone mantle gas fireplace, TV and deck access. Large windows let lots of natural light into the great room where guests can curl up with the heat of the gas fireplace or watch the big game on the 55” TV with soundbar.

Downstairs you will find 2 king suites (one with adjustable Tempur-Pedic mattress), as well as an office with Queen sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom has a new, dedicated split heating and cooling system.

Head upstairs to the loft with another 55” TV with soundbar and Queen sleeper sofa, 1 King Suite, 2 Queen bedrooms, and a bunk room.

With a private hot tub and gas BBQ, ping pong table and gas fireplace, guests are sure to enjoy the amenities of this lovely home. There is a full-size extra fridge in the garage to accommodate more food for the vacation, as well as a washer and dryer on each level to accommodate your large group. Lots of common area off the back deck behind the home offers privacy to enjoy sunbathing or dining on the deck. Worried about the Summer heat or running out of hot water? Don't fear! The home also boasts 2 air conditioning units and 2 water heaters for maximum comfort all year long.

Take a bike ride to Fort Rock Park or anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house.

Great house for a large group!

Our group of 18 had a wonderful stay! The house was well laid out, had a well stocked kitchen and it was great to have an extra refrigerator in the garage. The Sharc passes helped keep the kids entertained and they loved to hang out in the loft. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay with large group!

Three families stayed four nights here on a winter vacation. Worked perfectly for us. Was great to have 3 master bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Only issue we had was lack of towels and wash cloths. Would have been nice to have extras so we didn't have to do laundry on vacation! Otherwise no complaints!

Lovely home!

All around great experience. Lots of room for the family and very well stocked for 16 people. Enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. Had everything we needed. Back master bedroom very cold but the space heater helped. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!!
