Welcome home to your adventure in the Capital city, where your daily living needs are preserved within our various luxury rooms. Whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends, our dwellings are complete with local artwork, Apple TVs, local Small Planes coffee, Fellow Pour Over Sets, Parachute linens, Public Goods amenities, and high-end furnishing from Interior Define, Blue Dot, CB2, and more. This one-bedroom suite includes a complete kitchen, private bedroom, full bathroom, washer and dryer, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. For added comfort, our suites are filled with lush textures, soothing hues, and Victorian elements inspired by nearby Logan Circle.

Garage parking is available, but spots are very limited. Parking will need to be reserved and paid for in advance. Please contact us if you're interested in adding parking to your reservation.

We offer a seamless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system. We will be available by email and text should you need anything before and during your experience.

Wonderful accommodations

Made the reservation on very short notice, property owner was amazing and accommodating (especially after I forgot to purchase the parking pass) and made sure we got that taken care of after check in. Property was clean and stocked with anything you might need, concierge was friendly and knowledgeable.

Love this apartment!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Great location, beautifully appointed, and very close to "Le Diplomat", which is a real find for culinary delight. Sylvia, Aaron, Alfonso, and Rudolph were hospitable, friendly and helpful. Our only quibble is with where to park and how to access the proper elevator to get to our floor. Thankfully, staff walked us thru. A map would be helpful at check-in. We hope to be back!

Great apartment great location

We enjoyed our stay in DC in this very stylish apartment. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen/bath. The layout is comfy. The only feedback would be to add a fan that could be used in the bedroom. Great location for fun restaurants, bars, and shops and easy to get around to sites in the DC area. Thanks for a great stay!
