Beautiful bedroom in a classic Uptown family home. Very private and conveniently located for Lawrence station, Yonge-Line subway, 20mins to downtown Toronto. Lawrence Village is a walking community with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Located in the lower level with shared common areas and access to back yard and patio dining. Guests enter/exit through a separate entrance. A lockbox is provided for self check-in.

The adjacent 3-piece bathroom has heated towel rail, spacious walk-in shower and large vanity mirror. Bathroom essentials provided for guest use.

The open-concept living room boasts a full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave/oven. Coffee and tea making facilities provided. There is a wood stove fireplace and comfortable sofa bed for additional sleeping (upon request). A mounted TV/Projector, popcorn machine and mood LED lighting is great for movie nights!

Laundry room washer and dryer available for guest use, as well as ironing facilities.
