Plenty of parking. Great outdoor kitchen and swim dock. Public boat ramp before you turn into division. Close to Wolf creek for a better boat ramp. Beautiful views. kayak, lily pad, outdoor games like horse shoes, cornhole, crochet, ping pong, provided during peak season. 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds, 1 full size bed, 1 twin bed. 3 store away beds, pack and play. Dining room seats 10. Great location 1.5 miles from Tom Cat Corner/Cherokee Casino. Perfect place for quiet relaxation. Great porch area. Absolutely no parties. Call or text 9183817661. Please contact owner about pet size. Maximum dog limit is 3. First two dogs are $25 each (one time fee)If more than 2 there will be a fee of $150 for the 3rd pet. Garage is not available for use.

Great Place & Location

We had six (6) anglers for a BASS Nation National Championship tournament. The house was minutes from the ramp and very comfortable after long days on the water!!!!!!

Amazing view of the lake. Great location in a very quite peaceful neighborhood.

Simple easy experience with property management. Great communication throughout the trip and Great experience overall. Highly recommend this place if staying in the grand lake area!

Perfect family getaway

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! There is an amazing dock we fished off of and a huge back yard my 3 year old had an amazing time in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with, and the bedrooms were great! We will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice home

Very nice home with all the amenities you need in quiet neighborhood off the beaten path. Loved the covered patio and outdoor kitchen. Large yard and great view of lake. Host was very prompt in responding and very accomodating. Have been looking for the perfect getaway lakehouse on Grand Lake and finally found it! Looking forward to many more stays!

Great property

We needed a place to stay while we played golf for a couple of days. This house was the perfect place. Everyone was very comfortable and happy with the accomodations. The property was exactly as advertised and we will be staying again the next time we visit the area.

Nice lakeside home

Was a very nice property, lots of space and a nice setup. Was a little chilly when we were there, otherwise we would have utilized more outside deck activities. Loved the firepit and access to a dock.

Awesome Time

The condition of the property and communication with Shannon was perfect. Shannon went above and beyond keeping in constant touch with us during our stay and even met us halfway when we forgot an item just after departure. I would absolutely stay at this property and confident everyone else who has stayed there experienced the same. It was a great start to the beginning of our summer vacation! Ryan and family.

A 'Grand' Time at the beginning of March

Our son qualified for the College National Fishing Tournament, and we wanted to support him. We were so excited that the tourny would be held at Grand Lake. This house is a perfect location from Wolk Creek marina..both on land and on water. Loved the accommodations -- perfect for us working remotely (great WiFi), perfect for us fixing meals for the fishermen, perfect for relaxing after our daily activities. We wish the boys could have caught more fish -- February's polar plunge was still affecting the water temps -- but we still had a BLAST!! I would recommend this spot to anyone!! Thanks for sharing your lake house with us!!

Pros: Check in was easy. Loved the idea of a code on the door. We did not have to keep up with a key. Grateful to have a dock to keep our boat at for the week. They gave us the opportunity to check in early, which was appreciated. Left a list of restaurants in the area, which was very helpful.Cons: the house was extremely dusty, cobwebs in multiple places. The refrigerator was dirty. I had to clean it before I could put my own food in it. We actually left a day early due to the fact that you cannot put the air conditioner, any cooler than 70. We were not able to sleep at night due to the house being too warm, and without much sleep for the week we left a day early. Also, depending on what time of year you go could be a problem for your boat at the dock, we were told the water depth was 5 foot, in reality it was less than a foot.We would not stay there again due to the fact of needing to be cleaned, and the temperature at night. If those things don’t bother you, it was a very nice location and a very quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful views

Property owner was very attentive and we never waited for them to answer a message. They were great. The view of the lake is beautiful; the back patio perfect for family gatherings. There were a lot of extras with the property for water fun and family game nights. Very quiet neighborhood and everyone was pretty friendly.

Beautiful Home with Fabulous Patio and Lakefront

We had a group of 8 adults on our trip. The home was very clean and the back patio was gorgeous. Our only issue was truly needing 4 bedrooms rather than 3 with the loft. We had people up late and waking up early that woke the people sleeping in the loft. The homeowner was fantastic. She was responsive, informative and great to deal with in general. We would stay again with 3 couples or families with kids.
