This house is amazing. Beautiful, private, unique features, and comfortable furniture in every room. Game room was a highlight for our group. Highly recommend for a group. We’re here for a festival but ended up staying at the house instead.

We have stayed in half a dozen chalets or condos in EVL and this property is our new favorite! The house was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the park like grounds and multiple decks during the day, and then relaxed by the warmth of one of the fire pits or huge hot tub all night. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious, the game room was an absolute blast (and everything worked) and Tony, our host was incredibly responsive and an absolute delight to work with. We rated the place 5 stars only because 6 wasn't an option!

The house is in a beautiful wooded setting and had a great layout with the bedrooms all having adjoining baths. Game room was a bonus that we all enjoyed. Nice location too with just a short drive into town Our host was responsive.

Thanksgiving get away

Family Ski Trip

My family rented this house and it was wonderful. The house was fully stocked, very clean and was in a great location from ski resorts and the town. Host was excellent to work with and I highly recommend this house and host. Game room was a huge plus for the kids and beds were very comfy and house was immaculate/clean at check in!!

The house was really nice. Great amount of space and love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Perfect for our family vacay. Would love to see it in the summer and use some of the outside amenities. We saw lots of wildlife even with the freezing temps! Owner was quick to text us back when we had a question. Just a few issues - Upstairs water never really got hot and a better guide to how stuff works in the house would be great. Also if there is measurable snow a 4x4 or at the very least all wheel drive to get up the road is needed.

This place is a gem. Big and rooming for the 4 couples. The games room lead to some serious competition and the great room was great to end the night for chats and drinks. Anthony was ver accommodating when ever we had a question. Would stay here again. The place was beautiful

We had an absolutely wonderful stay over the Fourth of July weekend! Our family was looking for a place where everyone could relax, spend time together, and enjoy everything Ellicottville has to offer, and this cabin exceeded our expectations.The home is beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Having four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, made it perfect for our family, giving everyone their own space while still having plenty of room to gather together. We especially loved the large dining area where we shared meals and made great memories.The location couldn't have been better—peacefully tucked away in the woods across from HoliMont, yet only a few minutes from the village with its great restaurants, shops, and activities. It was the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.The cabin is thoughtfully decorated with rustic charm, and the large windows bring in so much natural light while showcasing the beautiful surroundings. Our family enjoyed the hot tub every evening, gathered around the fire pit, and had fun with the arcade games. It truly had something for everyone, from kids to adults.Most importantly, our host, Anthony, was fantastic! He was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our holiday weekend. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and beautiful mountain getaway close to everything Ellicottville has to offer, this is it!

The hot tub wasn't working the first night, but our host quickly got someone out to fix it the next day. All of the bedding had a strong perfume smell which we weren't fond of. Also, the hot water wasn't very hot. The game room was fantastic though. I also received a message from the host saying that the garage door was open, I didn't have a problem with that, but it was only open for minutes while we were getting everybody into their cars. Overall, I would stay there again.

Thumbs up for this house and the surrounding area

We were looking for a combination of quiet family time and proximity to activities, and we found both with this property. The house itself is well-maintained and well-appointed. We visited during winter and loved having the hot tub available. Also, there are many outdoor seating and gathering areas. The location vis-à-vis Ellicottville and Holiday Valley was perfect. Being a couple of miles away from them gave us privacy and quiet when we were at the house, while also providing easy access to restaurants, shopping, hiking and skiing when we wanted them. The layout and comfort of the family room and common areas promoted lots of family time and group discussions. We enjoyed our time staying at this property & highly recommend it to others.

One of a kind

This home is beautiful, setting the location apart from others as the home is surrounded by the beauty of the woods representative of Lake Placid. Our most favorite part of the home are the bedrooms with the extension of large patios to sip your morning coffee elevated high enough to be level with the tree tops which is truly a luxury of privacy and relaxation. The cedar filled home which dawns floor to ceiling windows in the great room brings comfort and nature to the fore front. Such a beauty of a home you find yourself not wanting to leave. There is enough space in the three levels to the home, giving everyone their own unique spot to relax, and have fun. The game room was a huge hit amongst our family during our stay. And last, yet most important to us, is how well kept and clean the home was. We were so pleased with our stay and hope we are lucky enough to obtain this home when we secure our next travel dates.
