Large villa with swimming pool near France mountains.

Large villa near Mont Ventoux. Beautiful location with clean swimming pool (not heated but also not needed) We experienced temperatures of +30 degrees. We missed an airconditioning on the upper floor. But landlord confirmed that he will install installation in fall 2023😁. Be advised: you need to bring your own touwels and bed covers!! We had a wonderful stay. 👍 large garden.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Mazan sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit allen eingerichtet was man benötigt. Das WLan ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Perfect house for a summer family vacation

We are a family of two adults and three children (8,12,15). We spent our vacation in this wonderful house in July 2022. It has everything you need for relaxing two weeks in the Provence: a pool, a cozy living room with a large eat-in kitchen, lots of options to sit and chill outside following the shades or watch the night sky. With two bathrooms and two separate toilets there was no stress among the teenagers. The three bedrooms offered a good retreat. Outside, in addition to two terraces, there is also a beautiful and green garden with trees that offer shady place to read a book or just relax. The pool is not heated, but the sun provides warm water. The air conditioning is only located in the basement with the living room and one bedroom. It was always pleasantly cool on this floor. Getting the bedrooms upstairs cool is a little bit more difficult. But if you close the blinds during the day and ventilate the upper floor during night by opening all windows, the temperature will stay at an acceptable level (even if the day temperature is up to 40 degrees Celsius). The house is located in a quiet residential area, with enough distance to the main road so that the noise would not disturb you. You will need a car for shopping or eating out, as the nearest shops and bakeries are 5-10 minutes away by car. The highlight nearby (50 meters) is "La Pizz'a Jojo" on weekends, where handmade pizza is sold from a food truck. The pizza is gorgeous! The house owner Christian gave us great support before and during our vacation. He always answered questions very quickly. We would like to thank again for an unforgettable family holiday in this house.

Villa récente spacieuse avec toutes les commodités proche de la maison. Idéalement exposee, la piscine est au soleil toute la journée . Parfaite pour découvrir toute la région. Christian est charmant et disponible si besoin. Ne chercher plus votre maison en Provence, vous l'avez trouvée .
